◆ Privacy Policy

Who we are. Timegravity Labs Private Limited ("Timegravity", "we"), a company incorporated in India, registered office at 57-A, 1st Floor, Smartspaces, KS Ramasamy Street, Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641038, India.

What we collect. On this website: the email address you voluntarily submit to our waitlist, and standard technical logs (IP address, browser type) processed by our hosting provider for security. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it. Waitlist emails are used solely to contact you about Timegravity's availability and early access. We do not sell or share your email with third parties for their marketing.

Storage. Waitlist data is stored with our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare, Inc.) in encrypted form. You may request deletion at any time by writing to contact@timegravity.ai; we will remove your record within 30 days.

When the product launches, a fuller privacy policy covering account data, content you create, and payment information will replace this one, and material changes will be announced to registered users.

Grievances. For privacy questions or requests under applicable Indian law (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), contact our grievance contact at contact@timegravity.ai. We respond within the timelines prescribed by law.

• Content on this site (text, logo, brand, design) is owned by Timegravity Labs Private Limited and may not be reproduced without permission.
• Joining the waitlist does not create any obligation to provide services, nor any payment obligation for you.
• Product features described are planned and may change before launch.
• These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Terms of Service governing the use of the Timegravity product, including subscriptions and acceptable use, will be published at launch.

◆ Cancellation & Refund Policy

The Timegravity product is not yet on sale, and no payments are collected on this website. When paid plans launch:

• Subscription cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refund requests can be raised at contact@timegravity.ai and will be processed within 5-7 business days where approved.

A detailed, plan-specific policy will be published at launch.
